About Adrian Sole

Adrian Sole works across fundraising, commercial leadership and governance, bringing more than 25 years of experience in organisational development, delivery and board roles.

From 2013 to 2025, he served Taranaki Health Foundation as trustee, chair and general manager, helping build the systems, partnerships and donor pipeline behind major fundraising programmes. His qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Management) and a Diploma in Professional Fundraising.

Adrian grew up in Warea and has lived in New Plymouth and Bell Block for more than 35 years with his wife, Melanie. His community involvement includes three years as Chair of the Puketapu–Bell Block Community Board, adding practical insight into local government, public accountability and place-based decision-mak
