How the work is structured
Fundraising strategy — clarifying the case for support, income mix, donor journeys and a practical plan aligned with organisational capacity.
Fundraising systems — CRM, website, email and payment integrations; regular giving, gifts in wills, grants, peer-to-peer and in-kind channels; reporting and governance.
Project delivery — contract leadership for a defined capital campaign or case-for-support assignment, from planning and stakeholder alignment through delivery and handover.
Flow — a relationship-led approach within the fundraising stream. Flow connects corporate participation, community purpose and long-term value, then turns that alignment into a partnership both sides can sustain.
Relevant experience — From 2013 to 2025, Adrian Sole served Taranaki Health Foundation as trustee, chair and general manager. During his general-manager tenure, the Foundation raised more than $10 million through the COVID-era downturn and $13 million for Stage 1 of the hospital development. The work included two seven-figure naming-rights partners, a long-term donor pipeline and an integrated Salesforce, Xero, website, email and payment environment.
Professional qualification — Diploma in Professional Fundraising, Fundraising Institute of Australia, 2025.
The approach is built around evidence, repeatable systems, capability transfer and clear measures—not one-off activity.
Fundraising that builds capacity
Adrian Sole works with organisations to build sustainable fundraising capability and to deliver defined projects. On a contract basis, he can lead a capital campaign or case-for-support project from planning through delivery, while also strengthening the strategy, systems, donor relationships and internal capability needed for repeatable results.
