Selected experience — At Trackit Energy, Adrian Sole led financial performance, governance, capital raising and investor readiness. The strategy generated more than $6 million in new business, secured $2.5 million in R&D and growth grants, and helped position the company for its 2024 buyout. Major clients included BHP, Chevron and Shell.
At Taranaki Daily News, he led a turnaround in which EBITDA moved from $2.6 million to $4.1 million over three years. He prepared the board case for centralising print production and helped integrate local operations into national functions.
Earlier roles included leading a 50-person digital services business, growing private-label and wholesale channels across New Zealand and Australia, and securing a $1.5 million annual supply contract with Woolworths Australia.
His formal development includes a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Management), the Melbourne Business School Foundation Leadership Program and Leadership New Zealand.
